There are two paths in purchasing a home in this community. The first way is purchasing a quick move in home. These homes are complete or almost complete and can closed in 30 days. The family owned and operated company is the exclusive builder in several premier subdivisions such as Legacy Grove and Highland Ridge. The builder is Darren Sides who has been building for 30 years and has built over a thousand homes in the area. Our homes have three car side entry garages, brick exterior construction, Rev-wood flooring in living area and bedrooms and tile in wet areas (NO CARPET), custom cabinets, tile showers, granite through-out, 10 Foot or 12 Foot Ceilings in Living Areas, double trey ceiling in master, crown in living areas and bedrooms. Our subdivisions have large lots to accommodate side entry garages, are curb and gutter, and have under-ground power, streetlights, AT&T fiber in neighborhood, sidewalks and public sewer. LPH is offering new homes in the Highland Village at Brigadoon. Brigadoon is a gated community on the west side of Athens Alabama. The original community was designed as an exclusive waterfront community on the Joe Wheeler section of the Tennessee River. The majority of the lake front homes have been built. The community is one of the few truly gated communities in Limestone County, gates are shut nightly. The Highland Village community is part of the Brigadoon development and shares the pool, clubhouse, green space areas, boat launch and gated entrance. LPH (formerly Legacy Premier Homes, Inc.) is starting to offer a build on your land option for land located in the East Limestone Area. Other areas of Limestone County will also be consider based upon distance from current subdivisions. The initial process is similar to building one of our plans in a subdivision. We can modify our plans using our onsite designer and selection team to fit your needs / taste. The price will be discounted to take into account that you are providing the land but additional mobilization costs, septic system costs will be added. You will need to have the land perk tested in advance. Lot preparation, utilities, and road construction are cost plus. You will be required to carry the construction loan.
