Builder Lender 2/1 Interest Rate Buydown
On Select Inventory Homes that Close This Year
The 2/1 buydown program allows borrowers to lower their mortgage payments for the first two years on the principal and interest portion of the payment. The cost is paid at closing by the lender and builder. The best part if rates drop in the first 2 years and you refinance, the unused portion of the buydown comes back to you, the buyer. Plus - builder will also pay a fixed amount toward other closing costs - See Seller paid closing cost for approved lenders.

By including the pool during the construction process, it allows the pool to be added into your home loan versus a separate loan, and it allows the construction of the pool to take place at the same time as the home is being built.

Highland Village at Brigadoon
LPH is offering new homes in the Highland Village at Brigadoon. Brigadoon is a gated community on the west side of Athens Alabama. The original community was designed as an exclusive waterfront community on the Joe Wheeler section of the Tennessee River. The majority of the lake front homes have been built. The community is one of the few truly gated communities in Limestone County, gates are shut nightly. The Highland Village community is part of the Brigadoon development and shares the pool, clubhouse, green space areas, boat launch and gated entrance.
